Port Terminals Concession, Bid Preparation and Support

Working with Attijariwafa Bank and other local firms, we supported Marsa Maroc in their bid to operate and manage the Tangier Med 1 Bulk and General Cargo Terminal. Our Advisory work included commercial, technical and contractual due diligence and bid support, and culminated in the award and concession of the multipurpose and general cargo terminal at Tanger Med 1. Years later, we worked with similar and other firms to support the concession of a common-user container terminal at Tanger Med 2 for Tanger Alliance, a subsidiary of Marsa Maroc. To-date, we have successfully led or supported 65 port, maritime and/or logistics transactions (of which 47 PPP or concession type) from concept and preparation to project or financial close.
