Ports and Logistics Infrastructure Policy Dialogue

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) contracted Ports and Logistics Consultants Ltd. to lead and organise a Policy Dialogue for Port and Logistics Infrastructure in EBRD's 40 Countries of Operations (COOs).  A two-day high-level policy dialogue was conducted at EBRD's head office and attended by 35 delegates as well as invited industry stakeholders. On day 3,  we organised a site and working visit to the London Gateway Ports and Logistics Park. As part of this assignment, we carried out and presented a policy paper on the development of port and logistics sectors across EBRD's COOs spanning planning, investment, financing, regulation and policy areas. The policy dialogue culminated in the endorsement of the policy paper and recommendations on priority projects for intervention and development.
