We offer a wide spectrum of consulting services and have led or managed over 120 projects spanning project feasibility and appraisal, operational planning and and business development, project structuring and PPP design, strategy formulation and policy review, market assessment and competitive positioning, tariff charging and pricing review, productivity analysis and performance benchmarking, institutional structuring and reform, and regulatory governance and impact assessment.

We provide advisory and due diligence services to the ports, maritime and transport logistics industry. Services include market research, risk analysis, project preparation, asset valuation, transaction advice, institutional restructuring, regulatory assessment and policy review.  We acted as specialist advisors to public and private sector clients and were involved in several industry and government task forces for formulating and reviewing sector strategies and policy reforms. 

We undertake individual and joint research to investigate timely and topical issues. We authored around 65 policy and strategic documents and over 100 academic papers and articles. We founded PORTeC and GPRA and are often invited to chair and speak at academic and professional conferences.  Dr Bichou holds visiting professorships at several leading universities where he teaches subject courses to graduate and research students. He peer-reviewed for leading journals and research councils, and supervised research and masters students.  

Our focus is on high-level management and corporate training that blends the latest theoretical and practical applications in the port, maritime and transport logistics systems. We have formulated and carried out institutional building and capacity development projects for small and large clients; and we have successfully designed and delivered over 140 professional courses and training programmes. We offer both public open courses and bespoke in-house training, and we  often team up with leading academic institutions and global training providers.
