New Port PPP Project Preparation and Advisory

Working with BDO, IMC, Clyde & Co, Puno Law and Primex, we carried full project feasibility, preparation and due diligence  for the San Ramon New Port Project. Project feasibility and preparatory work included traffic forecasts and demand assessment, survey and technical parameters, planning and design, economic and financial feasibility, market sounding, legal and regulatory review, ESIA, PPP structuring, VfM analysis, TDs and procurement analysis, and full due diligence for the San Ramon New Freeport Project.  To-date, we have led or participated in  the feasibility, preparation and development of 16 green port and logistics projects in addition to23 brown field port and terminal development.
