We were retained by the OSCE to carry out a feasibility study of two Logistics Centres (LCs) in Tajikistan. The 1st phase focused on demand assessment, functional audit, supply chain analysis, value proposition, spatial analysis, and conceptual design of the LCs under consideration. The 2nd phase covered the development of the business plan, preliminary design, cost estimates, financial and economic appraisal, risk analysis and delivery options. LCs are more than simple warehouses or freight terminals and require a deep analysis of transport, logistics and supply chain structures and dynamics. To date, we led 16 LC feasibility studies, 5 of which as part of transaction advisory and bid support.
