Dry Port Project Feasibility & Transaction Advisory

Working with Mazars, Infra Linx, Allen and Overy, Sarie Eldin & Partners, Rendel, IMC, and Menrail, we successfully prepared and closed the 6th of October Dry Port Project (DP6) as the 1st dry port project and the 1st commercial PPP project in Egypt, as well as the 1st successful project under the EBRD's IPPF Facility. Work included full project preparation, design and structuring including the novel establishment of an ISP (Intermodal Service Provider) project company and inclusion of interface agreements in concession contract  and grantor obligations. Our novel PPP approach and contractual model for DP6 has served as a the reference framework for 12 successive dry port projects in Egypt (implemented or in the pipeline). Globally, we have led 17 dry port and ICD  project feasibility and transaction advisory.
